be advised the parties of the principles of the mediation process and was grateful for the participation, therefore it becomes aware of the items on this process of mediation.

The union leaders say there are three groups of points to be treated. 1 .- Non

collective agreement,

2 .- irregularities in the employment relationship,

3 .- harass workers.

A) Bond Fund: In respect to item 1) calls to clarify and demonstrate Cash bonus payment to Ms. Jessica Montano, the representative of the company will exhibit at the next meeting documents (wage settlements) about this working.

1. Instrument failure Collective

A) Bonus Box: On this issue the company's representatives say that was accomplished, being regularized the situation.

b) Institutional Uniform; Regarding CLAUDIA PAEZ worker, was given the uniform, for MARISOL SANCHEZ, is on medical leave, the company said she quit the uniform. In relation to the supply of summer uniform, the parties agree to make the delivery no later than 30 September 2010. The worker (a) who is on medical leave can be prolonged and not even the requirement of the company will pay a bonus equivalent to the cost of uniforms upon presentation of invoice on behalf of the University.
