1. We present a new member of the union leadership, teacher Marcela Cabrera Cannon School of Architecture and Design.
2. The management team is composed by Hector Romero as president, secretary and Marcela Cabrera Priscila Alvarez as treasurer.
3. Scope and strategies to address the issue of collective bargaining, the content must be written in late December, which is requested to make suggestions to get to the board via communication with designated responsibility.

4. Cost legal advice to negotiate collective agreements. Next meeting proposed union and transparent balance of having a monthly report with the money from the union.
5. RUT manage union and open a savings account.
6. There should be at the university clarity in the allocation of resources for teacher development. (Collective Bargaining - teaching proposal.)
7. Theme description of charges is still pending by the university authorities and partners concerned in relation to the ISO audit. According presentation of non-compliance letter regarding the audit.
8. Are requested to send proposal to union members for day-day workshop on: Justice Education and stress management. The deadline for the proposal to date is to Tuesday 30 November at 18:00 hrs. If no agreement the union's executive will decide the date.
9. Union next meeting set for December 16 at 18:30 hrs. Francisco de Aguirre campus.
10. Staff Compensation Fund The Araucana were present at the meeting to answer concerns of members regarding the services the institution renders.
