1 .- SCOPE APPLICATION:
This collective agreement is to establish common working conditions, salaries and benefits of members and adherents of the Union of Educational Workers of the Sea University, Sede La Serena, working at least ¼ of time, involved in this process of collective bargaining.
No part of this collective agreement shall be construed as a waiver or reduction of particular benefits to certain workers are currently enjoying such as bonds of responsibility, professional assignments, performance allowances, cash allowances collation, among others.

3 .- GENERAL:

6 .- OF BASE SALARY

7 .- ANNUAL SPECIAL BONUS:

8 .- ASSIGNMENT OF SWEETS OR FOOD

17 .- ASSIGNMENT OF EDUCATION AND STUDY GRANT:

18. ALLOCATION OF BIRTH
